Cathy oversees the office administration for the company, ensuring that employees are properly

Cathy oversees Human Resources for the company, confirming compliance with federal and
state regulations. Cathy’s advanced mediation skills provide her with the necessary tools to
investigate & address employee-relation issues as they arise, leading to increased levels of
employee satisfaction and retention.
Cathy holds a juris doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a
bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and is a California licensed real estate
salesperson.
